That's very interesting. I don't suppose you took any measure of the humidity of the sand under the rock in this final picture. It appears to be darker then the surrounding sand so I'm assuming it's holding some water.

Have these all made it into your collection or was this more of a field study and picture taking experience?

Yes, I had breed all of them.
Most pics are from well knowing people.
Of course there is also raining in winter. Cool

A.a. is less xerophile like L.q or A.amoreuxi ... for example
