Very nice! What's that plant that you're keeping in the tub? Looks cool.

I'm not exactly sure, but its some type of moss. I bought it as is from the person and it had a molt in the container so I know it had been living in there its whole life. Just kept it as is and misted only a little.

Cool scorpions you (actually, WE) got there. I still remember the first time I had one, being accustomed to the prevalent colors like black (Heterometrus, Liocheles, Pandinus), brown (Isometrus, Lychas, some Centruroides) and yellow (Vajeovids, etc.). Its color really is a breather.

Thanks! Do you live in the U.S.? If so, I want to breed this one, along with my girl Wu (Lychas mucronatus), but that's for a different topic.

Unfortunately, not. I'm from the SE Asia, specifically the Philippines.ShredderEmp wrote:Do you live in the U.S.?
Once they hit the 7i, all you have to do is get them together (preferably well fed) and they will do it like mechanical rabbits.

two words: happy hunting!!!ShredderEmp wrote:Too bad I only have 1....
However, scorpion fauna is very much diverse in your country, let alone your area. I suggest you start collecting them and include these orange beauties in your quest. I can feel you brother, if we are neighbors I might as well give you a trio of these species. Too bad your a million steps away

I know haha. The hunt is on. I actually have no scorpions around where I live. Centruroides vittatus doesn't go this far north.

Re: New Scorpion: Rhopalurus junceus
still, there are a lot of sellers/ breeders in your area. I've had sculpturatus/nigrescens/gracilis (both Cuba and Florida) but for years I've always wanted to have C. hentzi/vittatus/guanensis which are readily available in your country. We just have to play what we are dealt with I guess.
Though I'm still hoping, maybe one day.

That is true. Hopefully I can find someone, but that is a little far away right now.
