First pair of Emperors Empty First pair of Emperors

Post by Tinton Wed Nov 12, 2014 2:51 pm

Hello. Im Ton from the Philippines and I just acquired a pair of Emperor Scorpions. I have a 2 instar Female and a 3 instal male. The female is a much lighter color and looks bloated so I figure she's about to molt. They're housed in a 10 gallon aquarium with 2 inches of soil and a layer of dried moss. I live by the beach so my aquarium has signs of humidity which I hear is good. I kep trying to separate them since I have a few hiding spots but the female(the one about to molt) keeps on finding the male and hiding right beside it. Should I be worried?
