My H. Arizonensis has been hiding in it's burrow for a while now and it's almost sealed off.
The guy who sold me the scorpion told me that she might be gravid.
I was hoping to get some feedback on a few pictures.

I'm on my phone since my computer died and its tough for me to see the pictures clearly. If you forced me to guess I'd say molt. But I'm no expert on these HA's.

How big is she now? Can you get a comparison pic next to a ruler or something?

I'm having a hard time getting good pictures because she spends most of the time in her burrow. I'll try to get some better pictures. Any suggestions on how to get a picture next to a ruler without hurting the animal or getting stung?

Try something like an american quarter? Or put a ruler on the outside of the tank and use a clean new paint brush to sweep her towards that side. It doesn't have to be clear at all! Just clear enough to see the rulers lines and where she starts and stops in it.

I've also tried to feed her without any succes, the prey was killed without consumption.

She just sits like this under a piece of slate rock, which is almost directly under the ceramic heater.
There are multiple burrows that she dug herself, aswell as a piece of bark.
Since a week or so she prefers to sit under the piece of slate rock.

Daytemp : 30-33°C // Humidity around 30-40%
Nighttemp: 23-25°C // Humidity around 50-60%

I spray some of the burrows occassionaly and I also have a small waterdish in a corner on the cooler side.

Any thoughts?

From the ruler shot I'd guess pre molt. Try to give her a humidy gradient with hides at each %10 - 20 difference. I would bring the hide she's in up to 60 to try to trigger a molt. Good luck.
