A special species for me, I have waited a long time to see these guys. They are very habitat specific and only occur around and near Table Mountain in South Africa.

So she's as big as a house. When do  you figure she's due?

I have no idea, usually they sync their births with the seasons and Uroplectes usually start dropping end Dec and throughout Jan but I'm not sure about this particular species.

Uroplectes cf carinatus 2i's, I separated 16 little guys from their mom. The tiniest babies I have ever seen.
