How to tell if a scorp is gravid?

Hi guys!
October last year i've bred my a.australis and just this week I bred the same pair just to be sure. This time the female is agressive and tried to sting and eat/bite the male. Both aa's is at their 7th instar.
Just want to know what to look for if a scorp is gravid.
