maybe just an inch. well, ShredderEmp. this happened to one of my R.junceus. when 2 of my R.junceus turned 6i, they both looked like females. but when they turned 7i, one of them was a female and a male. so it crossed my mind meaning if they show sexual dimorphism of a male at an age of 6i, they are already adults? or should i say wouldnt molt? coz my P.trans and my other L.muc showed sexual dimorphism of a male at the age of 6i, and my R.junceus at the age of 7i.

I think that differs between species, but there is a caresheet on here somewhere i think that says adulthood and dimorphism at 6th instar, but possibility of 7th instar.
Female Rhopalurus junceus mature at 7th instar, but males mature at 6th instar. That might be why you ended up getting a pair.

Re: Who molted today? (Scorpion molting pics)
My last Centruroides gracilis molted from 5th instar to 6th instar today. It's a girl!
I'm pretty convinced that my scorpions have their molt cycles aligned with each others. Just like the myth how women who live together go on their periods together. Except this is a much more desirable surprise.
I now have 1.2.0. Good for breeding! She is much smaller than the other female, however. Not sure why.

Re: Who molted today? (Scorpion molting pics)
Haven't posted in thread in a while, so here is a video of Aerica, my female Centruroides gracilis. She molted into 7th instar today, so I'm hoping the 6th instar male will mate with her as I hear that males can breed at that age. Hopefully the video works.
