This Centruroides gracilis surprised me after I came to my room after a long night of sharks! 



It was a molt from 2nd to 3rd instar.

Sorry for the Bad Quality of the pic. Notice the Tail, it's a bit straight. It's becoz of BAD MOLT. I thought when it molts it's Tail will be back to normal.

hello guys, this is my longi, she molted yesterday. I havent had a chance to capture the process Sad  but here is what i can share. Smile

One of my Centruroides gracilis molted today. He is the leader of my C. gracilis clan and so I expect others to follow. In other words, it's sibling is very fat too. Anyway, here are the pictures:

So my last Centruroides gracilis molted into 6th instar today. It seems that when my scorpions molt, they do so in groups. Probably because 2 of them are related. This was the third one in 2 days. I believe it is a male?
